Wischmeier Companies Inc., based in Tampico Indiana, began as a single truck operation founded in 1990 by Stephen Wischmeier. Trucking has been an integral part of the Wischmeier family since the 1970’s when Steve’s dad began trucking. Through reliable service and commitment to customers, Wischmeier Companies Inc. continued to grow each year and the company became incorporated in 1995. Currently, Wischmeier Companies Inc. has more than 100 trucks under dispatch for services by dry van, dump trailers, hopper bottoms, tankers and bottles.
